Goal: Conceptualise, design, build and launch a mobile SAAS social platform for children inspiring healthy daily fitness habits.

Outcome: Success. Elanation won 7 International awards including #1 EdTech platform at the Global Silicon Valley Competition. Secured and sold it's assets at the end to a larger edtech player.

Context:

A digital fitness education platform designed to encourage kids to get active.

The Challenge: Find new ways to engage kids and provide access to safe, easy to use technology all while learning new skills and being rewarded for physical activity.

Elanation leveraged wearable technology and gamification tools, combined with renowned athletes to engage children and encourage them to try new sports.

End-to-end venturing: strategy, product management, design, engineering, data, growth and operations. Raise $US1,5000,000 from international investors

• Negotiate and secure partnership deals with corporations, influencers, employees and contractors.

• Secured most decorated USA Athlete Dara Torres as Brand Ambassador and managed USA satellite media tour spanning 30+ USA National TV and radio stations resulting in 1+million impressions in 4 days.

• Lead corporate governance with monthly investor reports, chair quarterly board meetings, annual financial reviews.
