Goal: Lead a global team to conceptualize, design, build and launch a new mobile application into the conjested mindfulness market within 9 months.


Outcome: Success. Product is not only being actively purchased but also widely embraced by esteemed B2B corporate entities such as Google, Pizza Hut, and Accenture. This widespread adoption extends across both the United Kingdom and the United States, integrated into their comprehensive B2B mindfulness initiatives. IP: Conceptualised and executed the invention of the Minfulness Circuitas well as a matching algorithum that allows people to find the right practices for them in less than 60 seconds.

Context:

The rate of exponential change the world is now going through has resulted in a massive mental, emotional and spiritual health crisis globally – primarily because we have a shortfall in capacity to deal with this level of disruption. We are building an open and customisable platform to help close this “capacity gap”, providing access to sustainable skills that can increase capacity, shift perspectives and help people deal with whatever life throws at them.


Variety of Practices: Meditation and Mindfulness have enjoyed mass media attention. However, these are just two of hundreds of practices with similar benefits. We provide access to an expansive catalog of practices (100), including Tapping, Sound Healing, Qigong, Movement and Play.


Guided Personalised Pathways: Users experience a regular cadence of practices through a personalised guided pathway – delivered as curated experiences, live events and on-

demand content – ensuring they feel held at every stage of their journey.


Progress Feedback Loops: Our app tracks users’ progress through discovering these practices, so they can see over time which practice made the greatest impact on their emotional wellbeing. Learn, Do, Reflect.


Experience with Others: Experience these practices with friends, family or colleagues, giving users a vital support structure to help rationalise their experiences, adhere to the practices, and ultimately build strong and binding roots with those around them.
