The coaching engagement began when Patrick Ciancimino was brought to me via the Foundr program, aiming to transform an initial concept into a scalable product. The early phase focused on rigorous market validation and problem definition, essential for inventing a product from scratch. This was reinforced by diving into the Foundr's proprietary go-to-market guide, which served as the strategic blueprint for building audience awareness and social momentum right from the project's inception.
The design phase centered on both creative invention and legal protection. Concurrently, our weekly sessions were dedicated to meticulously designing the commercial strategy, focusing on a robust customer journey and compelling marketing assets that ensured the product's market presence would be as innovative as the product itself.
The development stage focused on preparing for market readiness. A critical component was sourcing manufacturers to ensure the first edition could be produced efficiently and at scale. In parallel, I trained Patrick in the tactical application of the Foundr guide, covering strategies for building crucial pre-launch assets like waitlists and generating powerful social momentum to ensure maximum demand for the product upon release.
The project culminated in a highly successful launch and execution, with the initial product run resulting in a complete sell-out of the first edition of the Fresh N Go Shop product (https://freshngoshop.com/). A core part of my support included providing strategic advice around dealing with customers, helping to manage initial feedback and build a loyal community. This commercial triumph has led directly to Patrick now successfully working on the second edition, demonstrating the sustained value and growth potential of the product.
